If your company qualified for the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC), you have up to $10,000 to spend on staff training, but only until 30 November 2026. Spend it on Intellisoft's WSQ courses and SFEC covers 90% of what's left after SkillsFuture funding. A 2-day course can come down to $15 per employee.
Tell us who you want to train. We'll do the SFEC maths.
Send the course names and number of staff. We'll reply within one working day with your cost per person after funding and SFEC, and dates that finish before 30 November. We can reserve seats while you confirm.
Courses you can pay for with SFEC, with classes before the deadline
Every course below is WSQ and SSG-funded, so your SFEC can pay for it. The list updates automatically and only shows classes that finish by 30 November. Prices are per employee, before GST. Click a date to register.
* Indicative cost per employee, before GST. Assumes the employee is eligible for SkillsFuture course fee funding (70% for SMEs, 50% for non-SMEs) and your company has enough SFEC left. SFEC covers 90% of the balance. If a class ends in the last week of November, you'll have only a few days to file the claim, so earlier dates are safer.
We run more than 100 other courses, including PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, Xero and project management, and every WSQ course qualifies for SFEC. Browse all WSQ courses →
Have a team to train? We'll run a private class
When several staff need the same skills, a private class is usually the fastest way to use your credit before it lapses. Pick the dates, choose our training centre or your own office, and we'll tailor the examples to your work. Private WSQ classes are still eligible for SkillsFuture funding and SFEC.
What one seat really costs: an example
One employee on our 2-day Data Analytics with Excel & Power BI course:
| SME | Non-SME | |
|---|---|---|
| Course fee | $500.00 | $500.00 |
| SkillsFuture funding | − $350.00 (70%) | − $250.00 (50%) |
| Balance | $150.00 | $250.00 |
| SFEC covers 90% | − $135.00 | − $225.00 |
| Cost to your company (before GST) | $15.00 | $25.00 |
That means a $10,000 credit can train over 60 people on this course at SME rates. About half of the companies that qualified for SFEC haven't used it yet, so there's a good chance yours still has the full amount.
Four steps to using your SFEC with us
- Send us your list. Use the form, call 6250 3575 or WhatsApp us with the courses and how many staff.
- Receive your quote. We confirm your cost per person after funding and SFEC, and reserve seats before 30 November.
- Your team attends. Register each employee as company-sponsored. SkillsFuture funding comes off the invoice, so you pay only the balance.
- File the SFEC claim. We provide the invoice and receipt. You submit the claim on the SkillsFuture for Business portal by 30 November, and 90% of the balance is reimbursed to your company.
Does my company have SFEC?
If your company employed at least 3 Singapore Citizens or PRs and paid the Skills Development Levy (SDL) during the qualifying periods in 2019–2021, it most likely received the credit. Your headcount today doesn't matter.
Your balance is shown when you log in to the Business Grants Portal or the SkillsFuture for Business portal with Corppass. Can't find it? Call us and we'll guide you.
Why Singapore companies choose Intellisoft

Using SFEC with Intellisoft: common questions
Which Intellisoft courses can we pay for with SFEC?
Any of our WSQ courses. They are all SSG-funded, which is what SFEC requires. Our most popular choices are the AI and Copilot courses, Excel, Power BI, Python, Power Apps and the soft skills courses.
What will my company actually pay per employee?
After SkillsFuture funding and SFEC, an SME typically pays $9 to $36 per employee before GST for the courses on this page. A non-SME pays $15 to $60. We'll send an exact quote for your team.
What is the last date to use SFEC?
30 November 2026. The course must be finished and your claim submitted by that date. Any credit you haven't used by then is gone.
We're not sure if we have SFEC. How do we check?
Log in to the Business Grants Portal or the SkillsFuture for Business portal with your company's Corppass and look for your SFEC balance. If you employed at least 3 Singapore Citizens or PRs and paid SDL during 2019–2021, you very likely qualified. Call us if you'd like help.
Can you keep seats for us while we confirm?
Yes. Tell us the course and headcount and we'll reserve seats in a class that ends before 30 November while you check your balance.
Can we have a class just for our company?
Yes. For a group we can run a private WSQ class on your preferred dates, at our centre or your office. It still qualifies for SkillsFuture funding and SFEC, as long as it ends by 30 November.
Does SFEC cover GST?
No. Funding and SFEC are worked out on the course fee before GST. GST is charged on top.
How do we sign up?
