Training Courses at Intellisoft Systems are governed by the following Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to public training courses for companies and individual participants.
- For Company Sponsored Participants: Payment must be received within 30 CALENDAR DAYS from the invoice date
OR Before the Class Start Date, whichever is earlier. The seat for the participant is confirmed. - For Individually Registered Participants: Payment must be received within 7 CALENDAR DAYS from the invoice date
OR Before the Class Start Date, whichever is earlier. The seat for the participant is confirmed. - Once you have registered for a training, any No Show on the training date shall be fully charged.
- Withdrawal and Refund Policy: Company or Individual Participant must submit a request for withdrawal from the training in writing to training@intellisoft.com.sg. Withdrawal and Refund is subject to the following conditions:
- More than 2 Weeks before the course commencement: Administrative charges of $100 applies.
- Less than 2 Weeks before the course commencement: Liable to pay the full training fees.
- Any request to postpone the training to another date must be sent in writing to training@intellisoft.com.sg Transfer requests are subject to management approval, and must be received at least 2 weeks before the course start date
- Intellisoft Systems reserves the right to postpone/cancel any courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that the class is postponed or cancelled, a notification email will be sent to you at least 3 days before course commencement.
- Intellisoft Systems reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice or to cancel / re-schedule the class or change the venue as and when it considers appropriate or the circumstances so require. Intellisoft’s decision is final.
